Therapy for ADHD, Autistic and PDA Clients
Specialist psychotherapy and psychoeducation for neurodivergent adolescents and adults, grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming framework.
About This Service
Dee Daly provides specialist psychotherapy, consultations, and psychoeducation for neurodivergent adolescents and adults, as well as supportive work with families where appropriate. Her practice is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming framework, recognising neurological differences as natural variations rather than deficits, while addressing the emotional and psychological challenges that can arise within a predominantly neurotypical environment.
Dee works with individuals with ADHD, Autism, and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), with particular experience supporting neurodivergent young women, and adults whose presentations may be overlooked, misunderstood, or misattributed.
Therapeutic work is tailored to each individual's developmental stage, needs, and goals, and is delivered within a safe, ethical, and professionally boundaried therapeutic relationship.
Throughout her work, Dee prioritises collaboration, validation, and empowerment. Therapy supports clients to develop self-understanding, emotional resilience, and self-compassion, while navigating external expectations and internal experiences in ways that are sustainable and respectful of their neurodivergent identity.
